Who We Are

Mark Postles

Mark Postles is a 1975 Palmer College of Chiropractic graduate. Mark has served chiropractic in numerous ways.

As a practitioner he has provided hundreds of thousands of people with high quality wellness oriented care. He has operated a number of successful family wellness focused practices enrolling many associates and team members in his vision.

As a facilitator of improved professional standards he has been a source of transformation for thousands of chiropractors and their teams as he coaches and speaks to audiences around the world.

As an instrument of change for society, he has served chiropractors as a board member of national and international associations.

As an investment in the future of chiropractic, Mark currently serves as a board member of the New Zealand Chiropractic College.

Mark believes there is much more to be done to ensure that chiropractic assumes its rightful role as a household word, an integral component of every person’s healthy lifestyle.

Chiropractic’s time is now and we need to equip ourselves philosophically, scientifically, technically and politically in order to attain and maintain a leadership position in our market.

Having met Chiropractors all over the world I can tell you I have never met one that is more committed, more knowledgeable about the issues, more concerned, and more possessed with character and integrity than my friend, Dr. Mark Postles. If you want to grow the quantity or quality of your practice, learn leadership skills, or begin an enlightening and fulfilling life journey then you need to work with Mark.

Katie Pritchard

Katie’s unswerving dedication and commitment to learning, growing and expectancy of quality, has been the catalyst for her desire to share her experiences to help others on their ‘quest’ for excellence, success, wisdom and of course happiness.

Katie graduated from The New Zealand College of Chiropractic in 2000, and was awarded the Clinical Excellence award. Katie then relocated to Melbourne, where she practiced as an Associate Chiropractor. Over the next two years, she gained extensive experience and her drive for success saw her refine her processes and build confidence and certainty.

In 2002 Katie returned to NZ, and with her partner bought an existing ‘wellness oriented’ practice in Auckland. They successfully expanded the already busy practice, enjoying growth exponentially and enhancing the practice with new Associate Chiropractors. During the last seven years, with the encouragement, support and guidance from the team at Quest, the Practice underwent great transformation. The focus being on shifting the practice away from a ‘personality driven’ practice, to a practice which was not dependent on the people in it, but rather functioned as a result of its structure, purpose and procedures.

One of the greatest and most valued challenges Katie faced was the transition from ‘career women’ to that of ‘motherhood’. Reformatting the practice gave her the flexibility to take maternity leave confident that the business could run successfully in her physical absence.

More recently Katie and her partner and two young children have leased their practice out for a twelve month period to embark on a year of overseas exploration, family time and growth on both a personal and professional level. Their efforts formatting the practice structure, setting a clear vision and purpose, and having reliable and consistent practice procedures, have allowed them to confidently step out of their practice for that twelve month period.

Organisation, management and being a passionate advocate for Chiropractic have allowed Katie to serve in numerous capacities; such as sitting as a board member on the New Zealand Chiropractic Association, convening the National NZCA AGM and Conference, and assisting in the New Zealand College of Chiropractic as a tutor. She is now a valued and integral part of the Quest team.

Katie joins the Quest team with enthusiasm and a spirit of motivation. She passionately believes that when a climate of excellence exists, all things come easier.

Davina Sheldrick

Davina Sheldrick hails from Fremantle, Western Australia. , Davina is a huge advocate of wellness care, and has been under chiropractic care since she was a child (her mum was a CA) and her two fabulous children have been adjusted since birth.

Prior to working in the chiropractic industry, Davina’s background had always been in customer service, from banking, to real estate, to recruitment and training. Her biggest ‘epiphany’ came when managing a team for a large telecommunications company in Queensland. Feeling burnt out and frustrated from working in a tense, competitive, cut-throat environment, Davina threw out the ‘textbook’ and began coaching her lacklustre team from an energy source of love, instead of fear. Despite being constantly challenged by senior staff (and occasionally ridiculed!), within a year she had made company history, turning her shaky team of twelve team members into over 240 enthusiastic, loyal employees.

Looking for a career challenge back in WA that would incorporate her new-found passion for universal love as well as her corporate knowledge, Davina turned to chiropractic. Initially employed as a CA then Clinic Manager of a large, thriving practice, Davina truly understands the vital role that CAs can play, firstly in the healing process of patients, and secondly as the chiropractic ‘business partner’. She prides herself on helping bored ‘front desk receptionists’ become healthy, inspired, chiropractic loving, wellness care endorsing, customer service extraordinaires!

Davina is passionate about helping team members reach their full potential, so that they in turn can assist patients to reach theirs!

Jackie Postles

Jackie's contribution to the Quest Chiropractic Coaching team is one of administration and organization. After completing her Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of NSW, she journeyed to Palmer College of Chiropractic where she completed the CA Program.

For the past 30 years, Jackie's involvement in chiropractic has included being a CA, Office Manager, setting up practices, training CAs and administering multi-doctor practices.

Jackie coordinates the Quest events and runs the administrative side of QCC.

There isn't much that Jackie doesn't know when it comes to the smooth running of chiropractic practices. Jackie is a valuable resource for numerous chiropractors around the world who lovingly refer to her as "Jack".

Cate Kunde

Cate has come from a long background of administration work from solicitors to accountants to backpacker hostels.  On moving to the Sunshine Coast from Hervey Bay 7 years ago with her 3 daughters, Cate commenced working in a chiropractic office as a CA and doing administration work.

A few months after attending a Quest weekend seminar the opportunity arose for Cate to work with Mark and Jackie in their chiropractic practice as a CA, some twelve months later a further opportunity presented itself to work in another of the Postles businesses doing administration/reception work for several offices, part of which involves administration for Quest Chiropractic Coaching.  Cate loves seeing the results from Chiropractic, some things change before your very eyes, it is truly amazing.

Cate answers the telephone for Quest, processes new member enquiries, product despatch and group emails.  If Cate is unable to answer any of your questions she will be able to give you contact details of the relevant Quest team member to assist you.
