Our programs are specifically tailored to the needs and interests of each group and are guaranteed to both support and challenge you in your journey.

Transformations Program


Your commitment to this program is for one year and you will have the opportunity to renew into it in successive years. During this journey you will be guided through the following layers:

"Your Life" is an opportunity for you to define what it is that drives you. You will explore your values and beliefs and the constructs that you have in life that have given you what you have to this point. Your role as a chiropractor is defined and outcomes and goals established in this section that will boost your productivity and effectiveness.

"Your Business" addresses your ability to create a viable practice. This is about creating systems that other people are inspired to implement. This leads to a productive, profitable and fulfilling enterprise that benefits large numbers of people in a low stress environment.

"Your Team" is about defining your relationships with those you interact with. It’s about understanding people and communicating with them in ways that make your life more meaningful and inspiring them to raise to a higher level of accountability.

"Your World" is about your effect on your community and your society. It is about marketing your practice, educating the community and having an impact on your profession. You are challenged to hone your communication and presentation skills and take on roles of leadership.

This membership includes:
  • Term 1 year
  • Four x 30 min consult calls (one-on-one) per month;
  • Access to two podcasts per month
  • Open communication lines with the Quest Chiropractic Coaching team for you and your team;
  • Access to the Member's Area on the Quest Chiropractic Coaching website;

Getting Started Program


If, you are a new graduate establishing your own practice, locuming or associating in an existing practice, there is huge value in this program for you. The objective is to have you successfully conducting your business with ease.

This membership includes:  

  • Term 1 year or until anniversary of graduation
  • Two 30 min consult calls (one-on-one) per month
  • Access to 2 podcasts per month;

Student Coaching Program


Students are often challenged by the sheer workload of their undergraduate program. The academic environment often focuses on the details and sometimes students can lose sight of the big picture.

The passion and commitment to one’s chosen profession is rekindled with our student program. The objective is to empower students to acquire philosophical, scientific and technical certainty.

Practice Coaching Program

Practice Coaching honors each team members individual style, flare and strengths, and helps bind the entire team together to create
success, congruency, consistency and magic in a practice.

CA Coaching Programs

It has been said that the only thing worse than spending money and time training CAs is the cost, in money and time, of untrained CAs. Your CAs play a huge role in your practice’s success so make sure your CA’s are performing at their best and realising their full potential. Quest invests time, money and talent in bringing you the best in CA training to take your practice to the next level of productivity.

Of course, your coach will work with your current systems and procedures. We do not believe in ‘re-inventing the wheel’. The consults are conducted either on the phone or in-office, depending on your needs, and can include all your CAs.

This membership includes:

  • Term : 6 week, 12 week or 24 week programs available
  • 6 week - 6 x 1 hour
  • 12 week - 12 x 1 hour
  • 24 week - 24 x 1 hour
  • Unlimited e-mail support
  • Access to Top Team podcast for length of term 
  • Weekly "Your Practice Adjustment" tip for length of term
     

In Office CA Training

Our CA coach can come to your practice and assess current systems and procedures, identify any challenges and see what is really going on.

This membership includes:

  • Half day or full day coaching/training in our office
  • 1 x Pre consult telephone call to establish your needs and wants
  • 1 x Post consult telephone call to ensure implementation is achieved.
