In order for people to be fulfilled in their work it is important to design the workload and the workplace to accommodate the various individual talents and needs. This requires placing people according to their strengths. The person with the HR role is like the conductor of an orchestra and it is their job to ensure that every instrument is in tune and playing in harmony off the same song sheet, (the Statement of Purpose of the business).
